These terms apply to indminds.com and to the workshops and services offered by IndMinds, operated by Vijay Sudhir Reddy Allam, India ("IndMinds", "we"). By registering, paying or using the site you agree to them.
1. Programmes and workshops
- A paid registration gives one person access to the live sessions, recordings and resources of the batch they bought.
- Joining links, recordings and resources are for your personal use only and must not be shared, resold or published.
- All fees are non-refundable (see our cancellation & refund policy). We may reschedule a session for reasons beyond our control and will notify you by email. If we cancel a batch, we may offer a transfer to a later batch at our discretion.
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops future charges.
- For programmes for school children, a parent or guardian registers, pays and is responsible for the child's participation.
- Certification-prep programmes are independent training. They are not official training by, or affiliated with, the certification provider (for example Google Cloud). Exams are booked and paid for separately with the provider, and we don't guarantee a pass.
- Certificates confirm attendance and completion; they are not an accredited qualification.
2. Client projects
- Scope, price, timeline and payment milestones are set out in the quote in your client portal. Work starts once the advance is paid.
- Changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately.
- On full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you. Third-party tools, models and libraries remain under their own licences. We may reuse general know-how and non-confidential components.
- We may mention you as a client only with your permission.
3. No guarantees of results
We teach and build tools; we don't guarantee views, subscribers, income, monetization approval or any business outcome. YouTube and other platforms make their own decisions under their own policies.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you create with our tools and for complying with platform policies (including AI disclosure), copyright and applicable law.
5. Payments and taxes
Prices are in Indian Rupees and are processed by Razorpay. Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown on your invoice.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the workshop or project concerned.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [CITY, to be confirmed] have jurisdiction.
