FAQ
Questions, answered.
Which age group will my child be in?
Juniors (10-12) or Seniors (13-16), based on age plus a short placement check. Batches never mix those bands.
Is it online or offline?
Both. Online batches have at most 8 children. Offline runs at the centre or partner schools with up to 12.
Can we stop after a level?
Yes. Each 4-month level ends with its own demo and certificate.
Is AI safe for kids?
We teach safety first: no personal info, fact-checking, honest use. Under-13s only use AI through instructor-led demos and kid-safe tools.
Do you need any kit?
Just a laptop or desktop with internet. Tablets and phones aren't suitable.
Missed classes?
1 make-up class per month plus recordings.
Refunds?
All fees are non-refundable once paid (no refunds for missed sessions, change of mind or partial attendance). Monthly plans can pause 1 month per year with notice.
Is GST included?
Prices are shown plus GST as applicable.
