IndMinds offers online, live, mentor-led training only. We do not ship any physical goods, so no shipping charges apply.
1. How you receive what you paid for
- After a successful payment you get an on-screen confirmation and an email receipt at the address you used.
- Joining links, batch schedule and onboarding details are sent by email (and WhatsApp, if you shared your number) within 24 hours of payment, and again before the first session.
- Live sessions run online, Monday to Friday, on the dates and times shown on each programme page. Saturdays and Sundays are off.
2. If you don't receive access
If you have paid and not received your joining details within 24 hours, write to info@indminds.com or WhatsApp +91 63052 37031 with your payment ID. We reply within 1 working day.
