IndMinds ("we"), operated by Vijay Sudhir Reddy Allam, India, respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on indminds.com and why.
What we collect
- Enquiries and waitlist: name, email, phone (optional) and your message.
- Accounts: email address, name and, if you sign in with Google, your Google profile name and picture.
- Workshop registrations: name, email, phone, the batch you joined and payment status.
- Client projects: project details, messages and files you upload.
- Technical data: IP address (for security and rate limiting) and essential cookies for sign-in.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details; we only receive a payment reference and status.
How we use it
To reply to you, deliver workshops and projects, send confirmations and session reminders, issue invoices and certificates, prevent abuse, and meet legal and tax obligations. We don't sell or rent your data.
Service providers
We share data only as needed with: Razorpay (payments), our email provider (sending email), Google (if you use Google sign-in), Zoom or Google Meet (live sessions), our hosting provider and file storage. Embedded YouTube videos load only when you press play.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect forms. We don't use advertising cookies.
Retention
Account, payment and invoice records are kept as long as required by Indian tax law. Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. You can ask us to delete other data at any time.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent. Email vj.allam@gmail.com; we respond within 30 days.
